Validate Challenge Questions

This page is used to verify your identity through answering security questions you set up when creating your Customer Portal online account.

Enter the answer to each question in the text box below it. Type the answer as you would have when answering the original question, using the same spelling as your original answer. Capitalization is not checked in the evaluation of the answers.

You have three attempts to correctly answer these security questions. If you unsuccessfully attempt these questions three times, your account is locked temporarily.

To modify the answers to your security questions, you have to successfully log in to your account and access the Manage MyAccount page.
