This page is used as the first step to recover your password. If you do not wish to recover your password, click the Previous button.
A password can only be recovered if you have previously created an account in the Customer Portal and established security questions for your account. If you have forgotten your User ID or did not previously establish security questions for your account, your previous password is not recoverable. Click the Previous button to navigate back to the CAFÉ Customer Portal homepage to create a new account.
If your account becomes locked, the Exit button appears. Click the Exit button to return to the CAFÉ Customer Portal Homepage. Your account will be automatically unlocked after 12 hours have passed.
