If you do not have a pre-existing User Number and PIN with DCFS: click the Create Account button.

If you already have an online account in the CAFÉ system or do not wish to create a secure online account, click the Previous button to return to the CAFÉ Home Page. Upon returning to the CAFÉ Home Page, you can get help using LA CAFÉ, learn more about LA CAFÉ, or learn more about the programs available through LA CAFÉ.
